Wash hands. Separate bagel into halves. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese and cayenne pepper onto one half of the bagel and the rest onto the other half of the bagel. Top each half with a tomato slice. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese over each tomato. Bake at 350°F on a cookie sheet for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.Print Recipe
