Wash hands. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Tear bagels into large, bite-sized pieces and spread in the casserole dish. Beat the eggs, half and half, and cinnamon until combined and pour over bagel pieces. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the egg mixture is set and a toothpick inserted into the center of the casserole comes out clean. Top with butter and syrup of choice.Print Recipe

Wash hands. Separate bagel into halves. Toast bagel as desired. Spread evenly with butter. Meanwhile, cook the egg as desired, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Then on the bottom half of the bagel place the slice of cheese and egg. Top with the other half of the bagel and serve.Print Recipe
