Preparation Instructions

Wash hands. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Tear bagels into large, bite-sized pieces and spread in the casserole dish. Beat the eggs, half and half, and cinnamon until combined and pour over bagel pieces. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the egg mixture is set and a toothpick inserted into the center of the casserole comes out clean. Top with butter and syrup of choice.
