Baking Instructions

Frozen:  1 - 2 mins.

Bake Temp:  400°

Preparation Instructions:

Sprinkle lightly with water or brush lightly with olive oil. Heat in a conventional oven at 400 degrees for 1 – 2 minutes. May also be warmed on a flattop grill at 350 degrees for 1 – 2 minutes.

Serve Piadina with a side serving of chocolate hazelnut spread for a light, tasty dessert option.

Roasted Chicken & Pesto Mayonnaise Piadina

Preparation Instructions

Wash hands. In a small bowl, mix together pesto and mayonnaise. Warm Piadina in a frying pan or on the grill for 30 seconds for each side. Spread pesto-mayonnaise mixture over 1/2 of the bottom of each of the Piadina. Top with lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and roasted chicken breast slices, keeping the ingredients over to one half of the Piadina. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold warm Piadina over filling ingredients. Serve immediately.

Preparation Instructions

Wash hands. Preheat flattop grill or frying pan to medium high heat. Divide and spread parmesan dressing evenly over the bottom half of Piadina. Divide the prosciutto and fresh mozzarella on top of the sauce. Fold Piadina to cover the ingredients and place on a preheated flat top grill. Heat Piadina until the internal ingredients are heated through and the cheese has started to melt. Remove from grill and let sit for 1 minute before slicing to allow the cheese to firm up. Open the Piadina and add the fresh arugula. Serve immediately.
