Preparation Instructions

Wash hands. Wash all fresh, unpackaged produce under cool, running water; drain well. Pour oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sautè onions and Italian seasoning for 2 minutes. Add water and reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in olives and Parmesan cheese. Place spinach on bottom slice of bread and top with sliced turkey. Spoon half of onion mixture on turkey and top with mozzarella cheese and a tomato slice. Top with additional spinach and top slice of bread. Serve at once or wrap tightly and refrigerate until ready to eat. CCP: Refrigerate at 41°F or below.
