Dark Chocolate Cream Pie

Preparation Instructions

Wash hands.Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 10 inch deep dish pie dish. In a small bowl, mix together crumbs and butter until uniformly moist. Press mixture along bottom and sides of pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Once melted, blend the chocolate, honey, and tofu in a blender. Do this quickly before the chocolate begins to solidify, which will make blending difficult. Pour into the crust and chill for 2–3 hours. Top with whipped cream when serving.
