Preparation Instructions

Wash Hands. In a small bowl, mix butter, olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper together. Spread the mixture evenly on the flatbread and top with the shredded cheese blend. Place topped flatbread directly on the middle rack of a preheated 425°F oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and started to brown. Remove from oven, slice and serve immediately. Serve as an appetizer, or with your favorite salad or pasta dish.
