Pesto Chicken Salad Sandwich on Roasted Garlic Bread

Preparation Instructions

Wash hands. Wash all fresh, unpackaged produce under cool, running water; drain well. Finish baking bread loaves according to case instructions. Allow loaves to cool. Cut each loaf into 12 equal 3/4-inch slices. Combine chicken salad and pesto and blend well. Keep chilled.

To assemble sandwiches:
Spread one slice of each sandwich with the pesto chicken salad. Top each with slices of Roma tomato and approximately 1½ ounces of arugula. Cut each sandwich in half from corner to corner and serve.
