Preparation Instructions

Wash hands. Garnish dessert plate with 1/4 of the Raspberry Coulis. Place cheesecake in center of the plate, and place the raspberries on the top, standing up in a pyramidal pattern. Drizzle Raspberry Coulis over the raspberries, and place the white chocolate curls and whipped cream on top.

Raspberry Coulis Recipe
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 90 seconds. Pass through a fine strainer to remove seeds. Place in container or squeeze bottle.
