Preparation Instructions

Wash hands. Preheat flattop grill or frying pan to medium high heat. Divide and spread parmesan dressing evenly over the bottom half of Piadina. Divide the prosciutto and fresh mozzarella on top of the sauce. Fold Piadina to cover the ingredients and place on a preheated flat top grill. Heat Piadina until the internal ingredients are heated through and the cheese has started to melt. Remove from grill and let sit for 1 minute before slicing to allow the cheese to firm up. Open the Piadina and add the fresh arugula. Serve immediately.
