Preparation Instructions

Wash hands. In a small bowl, mix together pesto and mayonnaise. Warm Piadina in a frying pan or on the grill for 30 seconds for each side. Spread pesto-mayonnaise mixture over 1/2 of the bottom of each of the Piadina. Top with lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and roasted chicken breast slices, keeping the ingredients over to one half of the Piadina. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold warm Piadina over filling ingredients. Serve immediately.
